Pearce Group Ltd is a leading UK construction company working across commercial, industrial, retail and leisure sectors nationwide. The company was appointed to rebuild an enhanced Esporta Health and Racquet Club in Chiswick after a fire destroyed the original complex. The new centre will feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor tennis courts, a gym and fitness centre, a restaurant and much more. For this large-scale £18m project, Pearce Group Ltd needed to provide complete site accommodation for up to 300 workers who would be on site during the build.

Pearce Group Ltd gave Konstructa Hire its specifications for the accommodation layouts, internally and externally, so that Konstructa could provide site offices, site toilets and a canteen tailored to its needs.

Konstructa Hire portable buildings are specially designed to withstand the rigours of a building-site environment. The all-steel, anti-vandal units provide excellent levels of security, as well as a comfortable workplace for occupants.

Konstructa Hire supplied 12 of its robust, high-security cabins to Pearce Group’s Chiswick site. Eight of these were configured into an office block with toilets, while the others formed a canteen with further portable toilets and a site-security unit. All accommodation was delivered and installed safely on the agreed date, meaning that Pearce Group Ltd could commence construction work on schedule.

The anti-vandal cabins were configured by Konstructa Hire as requested by the customer, with internal partitions creating the bespoke layout specified. To ensure Pearce Group maintained a clear brand image on site and to promote its high-quality reputation, Konstructa Hire supplied all units in the company’s corporate colour of blue.
