Konstructa Hire celebrates succesful first year
New site accommodation company, Konstructa Hire Ltd, is celebrating its first birthday and a highly successful year, which has seen the business go from strength to strength.
Following its launch last year, Konstructa Hire brought a whole fresh set of quality standards to the site accommodation market. These include:
- A newly manufactured fleet of high-quality, anti-vandal products.
- A commitment to deliver stock units to the customer’s site within 48 hours of an order being placed.
- A complete service that includes:
a) a free site visit to assess building requirements, and
b) a customer satisfaction interview after building handover.
- A dedicated team of professionals ensuring that units arrive on site exactly when needed.
These high standards have led to a string of successes for the company in its first year, including the completion of nearly 400 projects for over 200 customers.
Konstructa Hire General Manager, Alan Paige, said, ‘We’re delighted with everything that has been accomplished in our first year of business. Our aim from the outset has been to demonstrate to customers that Konstructa Hire
delivers a highly professional service that they can rely on completely – something that we believe was lacking in the site accommodation market prior to our launch.’
Such has been the success of the new company that it is about to launch its third Hire Centre in Warrington next month.
Alan continued, ‘Following the opening of our head office and Hire Centre in Dunstable last year, we opened a second Hire Centre this summer in Sherburn-in-Elmet to cover the Yorkshire and North East regions. The launch of our Warrington Hire Centre next month, to cover the North West region, is part of our aim to establish a strong network of Hire Centres across the country. All of these will support our excellent service proposition to provide rapid response to our customers alongside high quality accommodation.’
As part of the Shepherd Group, Konstructa Hire also brings with it many years of construction sector experience. As such, safety is a key priority for the Konstructa Hire team. The company only uses the latest, safest and most secure installation procedures on site. These include a low-level lifting system on all products, which facilitates delivery without the driver having to leave the ground to offload cabins from the truck.
Konstructa Hire accommodation can also be tailored to suit customer needs, including features such as corporate livery. The product range includes site offices, canteens and mess rooms, toilet units, changing and drying rooms, as well as secure and container storage.
