Felton Construction required high-quality on-site offices and welfare facilities for its workforce during the construction of a major new 30,000sq ft, three-storey office development in Ellesmere Port, complete with 120-space car park and landscaping.

We gave our specifications to Konstructa, they went away to configure the buildings in line with our requirements and then delivered them to site right on schedule just two weeks later.”
Konstructa provided a combined office and canteen, an office and meeting room building, two combined canteen and drying room buildings, a 20ft store room and four toilet units. Once on site, the buildings were efficiently and securely positioned, double-stacked and bolted together by the Konstructa installation team, ready for the on-site personnel to move straight in.
The buildings arrived fully kitted out by Konstructa with new desks, chairs, pinboards and other office furniture, as well as microwaves, kettles, fridges and all necessary kitchen equipment. All Konstructa buildings are specially designed to withstand the rigours of a building-site environment. The anti-vandal units are constructed entirely from steel, providing excellent levels of security, as well as a comfortable workplace for occupants.

For Felton Construction, Konstructa tailored the buildings by painting the jacklegs in the company’s corporate colour to reinforce its brand identity on site.
“The buildings were laid out exactly as we had requested,” continues Mark. “They were in excellent condition and everyone on site has been very happy with the quality of the cabins. They are extremely secure too, which was essential on this site as we had an attempted break-in. Thanks to the solid construction of the Konstructa buildings, the thieves didn’t do any damage.
“The service from Konstructa has been very good too. Whenever we’ve needed anything they have been on site very quickly. We’ll certainly use their buildings again in future.”
